A case of Edheim-Chester disease

Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) is a rare, disseminated disease of unknown origin, caused by infiltration by foamy non-Langerhans cell histiocytes. It is characterized by symmetrical sclerosis of the long bones and skin lesion. We described a 42-year-old female complained xanthomatoid skin lesion, dyspnea and chronic pain of extremities.
