초록
The analytical HPLC system was utilized to analyze the isoflavones. The mobile phases were the binary system of water/acetonitrile/acetic acid. The critical points of water are 647 K and 221 bar. From the experimental condition of water at 473, 523 and 773 K and 250 bar continuously injected into the extraction vessel, the amount of extracted daidzein, glycitein, and genistein was gradually decreased with the effluent times.
