고분자 애자 하우징용 HTV 실리콘 고무의 자외선 조사에 따른 표면열화

In this paper, we have investiagted the aging by UV radiation in silicone tubber used for outdoor insulator. With the results from the measurenment of surface potential decay by corona chargin and of contact angle, it is found the change of surface electrostatic properties and the slowly decrease of contact angle under UV-radiation. For the changes in the micro-morphological and chemical structure of the UV-treated silicone rubber, we utilized several analytical techniques such as SEM. ATR_FTIR, XPS. From this study, it is shown that the chemical reactions, surch as scissoring of side chain Si-CH3, cross-linking and branching, occru on the surface of silicone rubber during the UV-radiation. Also, we observed the results of the depletion of low molecular weight chains by cross-linking and oxidation reaction. In addition, from the results of inclined plane tracking resistance test and the above experiments, we proposed that surface charging have effcts on the tracking resistance of insulating material beside other factors.
