The effect of photoinitiator on the variation of refractive index in the zirconium doped sol-gel thin flim
초록
We report on the effect of photoimitiators on the refraction index changes in the zirconium doped sol-gel silica thin films. The relationship between their influence of photoinitiator with other preparation conditions is also investigated for three kinds of photoinitiators.
