Hydraulic Excavator Simulation based on A.I. Precision Flow Control of Spool Valve

초록

This is the paper that result of an analysis and verification study on the effectiveness of previous studies on the contents of precise control of spool displacement compensation flow rate. Prior to verifying the effectiveness through prototyping, the possibility of application is reviewed by conducting a demonstration of the actual installation through simulation. And based on this, the goal is to develop a flow rate control system that can replace IMU sensor-based control currently being applied in smart construction machines. In this study, a controller and hydraulic system capable of simulating based on 3D modeling of excavator parts are designed. The target value of the actuator displacement is designated as an independent variable, and the measured actuator displacement, which is a dependent variable, is obtained through the calculation of the PID controller and system model. In addition, the system accuracy was improved by correcting the dependent variable according to the temperature change of the system and the amount of equipment leakage. Solidworks was used for component design, and MATLAB Simulink was used for controller and system design. Through this analytical study, the possibility of replacing the sensorbased control systems was confirmed based on the control system simulation analysis.
