VLSI Photonics: Science and Engineering of Micro/Nano-Photonics

This paper presents an overview on our cutting-edge research on the science and engineering of VLSI photonics using nano-optical materials and nano-optical devices that we have been pursuing at the OPERA Naitonal Research Center for VLSI photonics.
