Performance Analysis for Liquid Rocket Engine Components Arrangements

초록

Liquid rocket engine is consists of various components according to cycle, and its performance varies depending on the arrangement of the parts of the engine. Consequently liquid rocket engine arrangement of components must be considered in the design process. In this research, major components have been selected that comprise the gas-generator cycle engine and constituting analysis module. By applying constitutive module to the engine system, it is ascertained that specific impulse and thrust-to-weight are changed depending on the arrangement of turbo-pump and turbine.
