Two Cases of Spontaneous Renal Hemorrhage in Hemodialysis Patients

Bleeding is highly likely to occur to dialysis patients and even some clinicians experience many cases of spontaneous hemorrhage. The following cases especially demonstrate spontaneous renal hemorrhage in hemodialysis patients. These case reports demonstrates spontaneous renal hemorrhage should be considered in the differential diagnosis of unexplained pain before drop in blood pressure or hematocrit occurs.
