도시재생 관점에서 유휴 산업시설을 활용한 주거커뮤니티 조성 방법에 관한 연구

초록

In general, urban regeneration on abandoned industrial facilities so far has been considered to be a conversion of idle factories or warehouses to art oriented cultural communities. Considering the fact that most industrial facilities have belonged to the center of the city due to urban expansion, however, it is now needed to introduce rather substantive urban program such as residential use. The study intends to introduce a new concept of co-housing that accommodates various residential community and to examine the potential to convert the abandoned industrial facilities into new urban residential units.
