대도시와 주변맥락을 고려한 농촌지역 도시화 계획방법에 관한 연구

초록

The fast urban growth of Beijing has increased standardized new cities around the city. The study intends to examines the major problems in the process of urbanization of the rural area through politically determined theme programs, and to suggest a proper plans for those area. In this paper 2 different rural areas that includes Beiqijia, and Xingshou in Changping district which located northeastern outskirts of Beijing are selected to proceed the experiment. The main argument is focused on so called Rurbanization that respects and integrates the regional identity as well as the urbanity.
