Position Control System Using ER Clutch and Piezoactuator

초록

This paper presents a dual servo system activated by ER clutch and piezostack actuator. The ER clutch controls coarse motion, while the piezoactuator controls fine motion. The proposed system has been experimentally realized to demonstrate the effectiveness.
