초록
The purpose of this study is to examine the roles played by organizational culture and service quality in the healthcare industry. There is relationship between organizational culture and healthcare service quality including technology applications based on previous studies. Members of these organizations take leading roles in work process, using their organizational supporting with technology applications within their organizations to improve care quality and customer satisfaction. A key asset of improving healthcare service quality is their own culture which contains organizational goals and vision based on care quality. This study provides useful information and can be applied to the improvement of care quality through healthcare service process based on organizational culture. The results of this study also offer practical insights about how hospitals can motivate providers to participate in healthcare service process for improving care quality.
