N분 도시 관점에서 주거생활 서비스권역 분석 연구: 인천광역시 노후계획도시를 중심으로

For sustainable urban regeneration, the traditional approach of total demolition by district has been replaced with a living area masterplan that integrates regeneration, preservation, and management of residential areas. Additionally, the Master Plan for aging planned residential cities introduces the concept of an N-minute city, establishing service areas where residents can access essential services within a short walking distance to improve their quality of life. This concept of living area planning and N-minute cities in urban regeneration is shaped by designating residential areas that reflect residents' living patterns. However, in the current plan, the scope of residential living areas and necessary facilities is determined by administrative district boundaries and the number and size of facilities, rather than by the actual living patterns of residents. Addressing this issue, this study analyzed the scope of residential living areas and facility needs based on service areas that more accurately reflect residents' lifestyles. Focusing on residential living areas, including aging planned residential cities in Incheon Metropolitan City, the research employed the Qneat3 tool in QGIS to calculate the scope and required facilities for each service area. The analysis revealed that the service area-based scope of residential areas and facility needs differed from those determined by administrative boundaries and physical indicators. These findings suggest that, when planning residential living areas in the Urban Regeneration Master Plan, service areas should be considered alongside administrative boundaries and quantitative facility indicators to support the regeneration, preservation, and management of residential areas.
