A COMPARISON OF NURSING PERFORMANCE BETWEEN THE MEDICAL AND SURGICAL WARDS

초록

The aim of this study was to compare the contents and workloads of nursing performance between the medical and surgical ward. According to this study, the contents of nursing performances that were consuming more time and doing more frequently than other performances were identified. So these results will be used to manage and arrange nursing staffs more reasonably in unit management era. And also these will be contributed to develop nursing performance standards based on ward’s characteristics.
