Extranodal Rosai-Dorfman Disease involving Skin and Underlying Soft Tissue: Report of A Case

초록

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD, sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy) is a rare and usually benign, self-limiting illness, although occasionally it may develop aggressive features associated with significant morbidity. Histologically, it is characterizd by large, pale eosinophilic and polygonal, S-100 positive, and CD1a negative histiocytes exhibiting lymphophagocytosis/emperipolesis along with variable degree of mixed inflammatory reaction and fibrosis.
