What is the number of Koreans living in the global village? In which regions and countries do they usually reside? What are the reasons behind the current distribution of Koreans worldwide? In this paper, we will initially examine the global distribution of Koreans, explore the identity of Koreans worldwide, and analyze the formation process and current status of Korean communities in different regions.
