Light Conversion Efficiency of Top-emitting OLED Structure : Numerical Approach

In this paper, we report our results on optimal design process for Top-Emitting OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) with micro-cavity structure. We performed numerical analysis on bilayer OLED which is inserted between reflective layer and semi-reflective layer. We carried out optical analysis on this OLED device and calculated optimal width between reflective layer and semi-reflective layer for considering micro-cavity.
