Thermal bypass를 이용한 Thermal Interface Materials (TIM)의 열전도도 향상

초록

Method of manufacturing TIM based on Epoxy with Diamond nano particle and Silver particle filler is introduced, with upcoming reasons why such materials are used. Furthermore, this article provides process of gone over experience on how TIM can be applied to LED chips.
