고출력 LED의 히트싱크 구조 설계 최적화

초록

We changed LED heatsink for a better thermal property, by using a CFD simulation tools, Ansys ICEPAK. Temperature on LED was compared to reference. To obtain better result, we will improve thermal property of heatsink by diverse structure.
