초록

Drawing on data from Korean, I first argue for the existence of anaphor-antecedent reversal which appears to contradict the predictions all current binding-theoretic accounts have made. I then propose an account of this reversal phenomenon in terms of the independently motivated resumptive pronoun strategy and the recognition of a [+anaphoric, -pronominal] nontrace null pronoun.
