The Dielectric Properties of Functional PVDF Thin Films by Physical Vapor Deposition Method

In this study, the PVDF thin film was fabricated by physical vapor deposition(PVD) method. The increment of applied electric field make the increment of dielectric constant, which is inferred to one directional array of molecular structure. The dielectric absorption moves to high frequency as increasing the specimen temperature, which is correspond to Debey's theory.
