A case of Prader-Willi syndrome with bilateral Hutch's diverticular associated with vesicoureteral reflux
초록
Diverticula of the bladder in infants and children occur when vesical mucosa protrudes through a congenital defect in the muscle wall. The presence of more than one bladder diverticulum on a side was usually asso-ciated with neurogenic dysfunction of the bladder, badder outlet obstruction, or syndromes such as Williams, Menkes, purune-belly, or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Prader-Willi syndrome(PWS) is rare, genetic and complex disorder characterized by neonatal hypotonia and feeding problems in infancy, mental retardation, short stature, hypogonadism, and hyperphagia with obesity. But it hasn’t been reported that any patient with PWS had bilateral Hutch’s diverticula. Our patient is the first definitive case of PWS with bilateral Hutch’s diverticular in the world. We believe that hypotonia in PWS associates with multiple bladder diverticular and vesicoureteral reflux. We suppose that PWS have to be included in related syndromes with multiple bladder diverticular.
