The Effect of Photoinitiator on the variation of refractive index in the Zirconium-doped sol-gel silica films

The effect of photoinitiation on the refractive index changes in the zirconium-doped sol-gel silica thin films. The relationship between their influence of photoinitiator with other preparation conditions is also investigated for three kinds of photoinitiators.
