Sensory ganglionopathy in small cell lung cancer

The clinical symptoms of paraneoplastic syndrome, which occur in about 1% of cancer patients. It shows various appearances that affect organ function through secretion of specific hormones and immune function abnormalities without local infiltration, compression, or metastasis of the tumor. We report a lung cancer patient whose first symptoms were paresthesia, dizziness and unsteadiness of gait.
