Compensation of Networked Control Systems Using LMI-based Delay-dependent H_infinity Optimization Method

The delay and noise in the networked control systems are inevitable and can degrade the system performance or stability. This paper has proposed a compensation method for networked control systems with network induced delay and noise using an LMI-based delay-dependent H?? optimization. The delay-dependent optimization method is adopted in this paper to provide an upper bound of the delay such that the system is asymptotically stable. Moreover, the H?? optimization methods have been adopted to accounts for both the time delay and noise effects. Some simulations applied to numerical example with networked control show that the proposed method works well.
