A Study on the Hull Form Design for Coast-Canal Going Pusher-Barge System

초록

In this study, the developement of a Pusher-Barge system which enables the continuous transportation in the coast and canal is performed by designing the hulls of pusher and barge. For design condition of hull forms, the Kyungin canal condition which is being drawn up as the next contribution project by the korean goverment is used. In the case of numerical simulation which is used for the simulation of flow field around the designed hulls, deep and restricted water condition are engaged in a finite difference method based on MAC scheme.
