초록

Korea is well known in its export-oriented development and successful IT industry led by the policies. The study is aimed to test the effective combination of two factors into the global e-commerce or e-trade. The empirical study shows some missing link among policies, technologies and business strategies for e-trade. Based on the empirical result, the study suggests three propositions of intermediaries for e-trade as a facilitator, collaborator and web-service provider.
