Groove 형상에 따른 수동형 미세유체혼합기 성능 연구
초록
Attaining rapid mixing of fluids in microfluidics devices is required for a number of applications. Recently, staggered herringbone groove (SHG) micromixer has gained significant interest by many researchers due to its ability to efficiently mix the fluids at low Reynolds number. From the literature, it has been found that many design parameters of the staggered herringbone groove micromixer are effective in influencing the mixing of the fluids. Many studies can also be found on staggered herringbone grooved micromixer with modified shape of the groove or channel.
