EFFECTS OF POROSITY AND HOLE SPACING ON BLEED FLOW CHARACTERISTICS

초록

In this paper, we examine the effects of porosity of the bleed system on the bleed flow characteristics by using computational analyses. First, the analyses of a single-hole-on-plate case and a multiple -hole-near-oblique-shock case are conducted. Their results are compared with Slater's results and the comparison shows that they are in a good agreement with each other. In-depth analyses of three cases with different hole arrangements and porosities are conducted to see the influence on the sonic flow coefficient that is a model constant of the bleed system.
