백색광 간섭계의 보정 방법을 이용한 고정밀 색분산 측정

초록

We report a high precision chromatic dispersion measurement method for very short length optical waveguides using background subtracted phase shifts in interference spectra of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with a white light source or a broadband light source. Our method was successful in measuring the chromatic dispersion of an optical fiber up to a length of 5 cm.
