Optimal Mobile-Phase Composition of Deoxyribonucleosides in RP-HPLC

초록

Five deoxyribonucleosides (dCyd, dUrd, dGuo, dThd, and dAdo) were separated under isocratic conditions of RP-HPLC. The volumn fraction of organic modifier was changed from 0.03 to 0.10, for methanol and acetonitrile. Potassium phosphate, sodium borate and TADP were used as buffer chemicals. The experimental results show that the lower content of organic modifier increases resolution and the best condition of mobile phase is 5% of acetonitrile as a organic modifier with 20mM sodium borate.
