A Microparticle Capture and Retrieval Chip Using Slanted Slot Filters Formed by a Deformable Membrane Barrier
초록
This paper reports on the fabrication, and characterization of distributed working electrodes based enzymatic glucose sensor decorated with platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) on hydrothermally treated reduced graphene oxide (TRGO). TRGO suspension was dropped on the gold distributed electrodes and PtNPs was deposited on TRGO modified electrodes by cyclic voltammogram technique. Furthermore, chitosan-glucose oxidase (Chit-GOx) composite and nafion was integrated by a simple casting method on the TRGO/PtNPs surface. The fabricated biosensor demonstrated good amperometric response to glucose with a sensitivity of 41.22 μA/mMcm2, a short response time of 5 s, and detection range of (0.5-12mM). In addition, the glucose levels in human urine were also tested in order to operate a practical assessment of the proposed sensor.
