Conclusion: This combined drug therapy is effective by resulting in faster and better response and safe by resulting in little side effects, regardeless of monosymptomatic and polysymptomatic enuresis. Another basis is the fact that one child would be presented with many causal mechanisms at once at different degrees rather than having one awry causal mechanism with the other two functions being normal since three frequent causal mechanisms of enuresis are the functions obtained during the normal development process in children, resulting in the consensus that treatment methods of monosymptomatic enuresis used until now are not enough.
