With the development of society, enterprises are more and more aware of the importance of consumers. In order to survive and develop for a long time, enterprises must base themselves on the perspective of consumers and use intelligent technologies or innovative business models to meet the changing needs of consumers. As a new retail format completely reconstructed by Alibaba for offline supermarkets, Freshippo has been widely concerned as a new retail benchmark. Freshippo specializes in fresh food, and its delivery speed of "delivery within three kilometers will be arrived in 30 minutes" attracts many customers who focus on fresh food materials. The efficient delivery speed is inseparable from the unique logistics distribution mode and the intelligent technology. This subject uses the literature survey method, case analysis method and other research methods to explore the whole intelligent commodity distribution process of Freshippo by referencing related literature. Firstly introduced the concept of intelligent distribution characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, the key factor for intelligent distribution development, etc., then expounded the Freshippo intelligent orders distribution process and the intelligent technology, after that it is analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the Freshippo to the whole distribution process, finally on the basis of combining the existing distribution mode and Freshippo present situation and problems ,this paper provided suggestions and thoughts for the optimization of the distribution mode to Freshippo and its similar platforms. Through the research of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn : (1) The smart distribution mode of Freshippo can realize the rapid distribution of orders over short distances, but it also has some shortcomings, such as limited processing capacity, short distribution distance and inflexible distribution methods.
