압전작동기를 이용한 광픽업 장치의 위치추적제어

초록

An optical pick-up for CD-ROM is devised by adopting piezoelectric actuators. Following the derivation of the governing equation of motion, a sliding mode controller is formulated to achieve position tracking. In this process, parameter variations such as natural frequency deviation are treared as bounded uncertainties. The controller is experimentally implemented and various trajectory tracking responses are presented in the time domain.
