초록
A rule-based CAPP system is proposed in this research to develop a integrated manufacturing process of machining and inspection using the OMM device. Generally the workpiece is composed of many promitive form features. This features are determined the optimum inspection sequence by analyzing the feature information such as the feature relationship, the probe approach direction, etc. The proposed method is more efficient for CAIP considered machining processes.
