초록
To address the limitations of traditional food packaging, such as mechanical, microbial, and chemical vulnerabilities, alongside environmental concerns related to metallic or halogenated polymeric coatings, we developed a novel coating for poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) films. This coating encompasses four key attributes: sustainability, self-cleaning capabilities, transparency, and effective barriers against oxygen and moisture.Moreover, the antibacterial efficacy of our bioorganic nanoparticles was assessed against Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus.
