초록
This paper presents a novel type of the piezoactuator-driven pump in order to control the position of a cylinder system. After manufacturing the pizo pump, a sliding mode controller is designed and experimentally realized. Position control performances for step and sinusoidal trajectories are evaluated and presented in time domain.
