Wavelength Demultiplexer design using QUASI-STATE based on Multimode Interference
초록
The wavelength demultiplexer is important in optical communication systems. In this work, we designed the wavelength demultiplexer based on the concept of quais-state. The analysis has been accomplished by the effective index method(EIM) and the mode propagation analysis(MPA) for given structure. The structure we designed has a very short device length and good extinction ratio.
