한국어 예비교원의 국외 교육실습의 실제 -러시아 사할린에서 진행된 내용을 중심으로

초록

It cannot be denied that one of the most important elements which determine the quality of education is the teacher’s competence. In this connection, practicum of teaching Korean is a compulsory course in the curriculum for training Korean-language teachers. This paper deals with the actual practicum of overseas Korean-language education initiated by the National Institute of Korean Language in 2017 for the purpose of strengthening the educational capacity and the employment capacity of the pre-service Korean-language teachers. For this purpose, the author examines the basis of the discussion for the practicum of Korean-language education, and then reviews the precedent research. In addition, he presents the content of the practical training fulfilled in Sakhalin, Russia, and then make suggestions to make similar programs more effective in the future.
