형상기억합금을 이용한 유량비례제어 밸브의 특성

초록

A new type of a proportional valve actuated by SMA is proposed. The pressure level of the valve is analyzed and is integrated with a single-rod cylinder system. A sliding mode controller is designed and numerically implemented in order to achieve the desired position control.
