공공 유휴부지를 활용한 지속가능 물류시설 개발 프레임워크

초록

Despite the rising demand of logistics services especially due to rapid growth of e-commerce market, logistics facilitiesto satisfy such demand are not sufficient especially in the urban areas. On the other hand, the idle facilities and sites ofthe public organizations are increasing with the change of socio-economic environment. This study aims to provide asystematic framework for developing sustainable logistics facilities using public idle sites in harmony with the localeconomy, industry, and urban planning. The logistics facility development is categorized in terms of locations (urban, seaport, and industrial complex) and size (large, medium, and small). For each facility category we elaborated the facilitydevelopment procedures including hot spot detection of freight demand clusters by commodity and evaluating the needsof the shippers in consideration with regional industry, transportation infrastructure, land use, and the local communityenvironment.
