승용차 시트공조용 저소음 홴 최적설계에 대한 연구

초록

In this paper the optimal results of cooling fans designed for vehicle climate control system are presented in terms of flow performance and noise characteristics. Three types of sirocco fans of different blade geometries, number of blades, and design speeds were analyzed. To identify the loading condition of vehicle seat the fans were installed inside the seat connected to the chamber of discharge type. During the test the chamber pressure was set to an atmospheric pressure and the flow rate and noise levels were measured per the required resistence. The tested fan performance and noise levels are normalized and compared by non-dimensional parameters. The design results shows minimal noise levels in terms of specific noise level, which can be explained by weakened flow structures near the outlet of blades interacting with the casing at low flow coefficients.
