Association of Right Ventricular / Pulmonary Arterial Coupling and Progression of Tricuspid Regurgitation in Patients with Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation

TR has the dynamic nature of progression over time in patients with AF. RV-PA coupling was associated with the progression of TR in patients with non-valvular AF, with older age and female. Those results suggest that RV-PA coupling presented as RV strain / PASP can be a helpful parameter in monitoring this population.
