The Huisen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azides and alkynes stands out as the most direct way of assembling 1,2,3-triazole functionality. Copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition was known as regioselective synthetic tool of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole. we describe an improved methods for the synthesis of regioselective arylpiperazine alkyl 1,2,3-triazole derivatives using click chemistry
