Validity of the Ubiquitous Heart Rate Monitor Measured During Maximal Graded Exercise Test
초록
This study was conducted to compare R-R intervals and heart rate variability (HRV) between a ZigBee based ubiquitous heart rate monitor (UHRM) and a conventional electrocardiogram (ECG) during a maximal graded exercise test (GXT). GXT was performed to analyze the response of the monitor at various exercise intensities. 62 healthy participants performed GXT with Bruce protocol from rest to recovery. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed after synchronization of the two sequential measurements. The ECG and HRM measurements were correlated with moderate feasibility and reliability. The calibration of the wireless HRM system was adjusted for the further accuracy analysis of the elderly during various heart rate intensities for long-term application.
