A Study on Digital Healthcare and Telemedicine in Republic of Korea

The world, including Republic of Korea, is experiencing a non-face-to-face era due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19. There is no exception in the medical field, and in particular, non-face-to-face treatment was urgently requested in the medical field to protect medical staff who need to treat patients with infectious diseases and to prevent the spread of infectious diseases between medical staff and patients. In addition, the entry into an aging society has led to the search for 'digital health care', which is naturally combined with 'health care', which manages health extensively in order to satisfy the desire for a healthy and long life.
