비닐피복 금속제 가요전선관 압출시 냉각온도구배의 저감을 위한 공정의 개선

초록

This paper deals with the improvement of cooling process for decreasing the final temperature and temperature gradient when extruding the flexible metal conduit covered with PVC. The cooling system and the pull machine were designed to reduce cooling temperature gradients. As a result, the temperature gradient purposed is less than 15 deg/sec. The surface temperature of final product is decreased in the range of less than 50℃.
