류마티스관절염(Rheumatoid arthritis, RA)의 원인 및 임상상

초록

RA is a chronic, systemic, inflammatory disorder of probably autoimmune etiology that primarily involves joints. Prevalence is 1% ( 0.3-2.1 ) of population. Annual incidence is 30/100,000 . Female to male ratio = 3 (2-4) : 1, RA is ameliorated during pregnancy but relapse after delivery. The peak onset is between the ages of 30 ？ 55 years. Late onset RA: after 65 years of age.
