STKR400냉간성형 각형강관의 역학적 성질에 관한 실험적연구

초록

The cold-formed square steel tube is affected highter plastic deformation by plastic manufacture. Explain in detail, It was found that both corners and flat portions are significantly hardened and consequently that increase in strength, and degeneration of tenacity, decrease both in elongation and impact energy are significant over the entire section in comparision with hot-rolled steel. Especially, that is remark at the corners and that's surroundings. However, these deficiencies were completely recovered by heat treatment of normallizing. This paper aimes at clalifying the effective postheating temperature of improvement of Cold-formed square steel tube bellow the recrystallization temperature.
